Speakers:
Amy Pechacek
A government administration strategist with two decades of executive leadership experience, including serving as the Deputy Secretary for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections and directing numerous public programs for Milwaukee County.
Tom Pethan
A research analyst advanced in DWD’s Office of Economic Advisors. He is the Southwest WDA Regional Economist and is a senior contributor for the research unit. Pethan graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a M.A. in Economic Development from Vanderbilt University.
Rhonda Suda
The Chief Executive Officer of the Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, Inc. She has more than 20 years of demonstrated effectiveness in the areas of workforce programs, youth programs, personnel management, multi-site HR administration, labor relations, employee development, compensation and benefits, and employee health and safety.
Dave Shaw
In the employment and training industry in Southwest Wisconsin for the past 29 years and has worked at the Department of Workforce Development for the last 21 years. He is currently a DWD regional job service director. With a home base at the Rock County Job Center, Shaw serves the counties of Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Jefferson, Marquette, Sauk, Grant, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, Richland and Rock.
