NeighborWorks Blackhawk Region is a private, not-for-profit corporation established in 1979, dedicated to strengthening neighborhoods by providing affordable homebuying opportunities and related homeownership services.
Over the years NeighborWorks Blackhawk Region has created public, private and community partnerships that have helped to build healthier neighborhoods through education, counseling, lending, and real estate development in Beloit.

NeighborWorks Blackhawk Region is also a chartered member of NeighborWorks® America, a national nonprofit organization created by Congress to provide financial support, technical assistance, and training for community-based revitalization efforts.
