Our hospice inpatient unit combines state-of-the-art technology with a beautiful, homelike setting to provide expert care and comfort for patients, families and visitors.

Founded in 1978, Agrace is a nonprofit hospice and palliative care organization. We serve more than 850 patients every day in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
