June is National Safety Month and now more than ever, safety is crucial both inside and outside the workplace.

Hughes Resources Branch Manager, Kristi Lambright and Director of Sales and Marketing, Carolyn Mitchell will share their best practices on work safety and COVID-19.

Kristi is the Branch Manager of the Beloit office that opened in September 2019. Prior to coming to Hughes Resources, Kristi spent over 25 years working in medically based fitness As the Branch manager, Kristi is responsible for conducting candidate interviews, communicating with clients and developing community relations in the Beloit area. She currently serves on the Greater Beloit Chamber of Commerce Events & Programs Committee and has been involved in the Roscoe and Stateline Chambers of Commerce. Kristi is a member of the Blackhawk Area SHRM and eWomenNetwork-Beloit. In her free time, Kristi enjoys spending time with her family camping, photography and community theatre.

Carolyn Mitchell

Carolyn began her career in engineering and technical sales with Honeywell and then moved into a similar role in her family’s business before joining the Hughes Resources. Since starting here, Carolyn has worn many hats from recruiting to sales, and from marketing to HR consulting projects. As the Director of Sales & Marketing for Hughes, Carolyn is responsible for overseeing the activities of our sales and marketing departments, including client relations, community involvement, and brand awareness. She enjoys partnering with local businesses and watching the magic of a perfect placement. In her free time, Carolyn enjoys yoga, boating at Lake Carroll, and connecting with friends, her husband, John, and their four sons. Carolyn is a graduate of The Leadership Institute, Communications Chair of the Freeport Community Public School Fund, and a member of Rockford Area SHRM.
