Health is Wealth! Taking care of your well-being is the greatest investment you can make for yourself.
We’ll start with a delicious lunch for the first 30 minutes, followed by a brief presentation on the amazing NorthPointe Wellness facility and services.
Next, we’ll take a group tour and have a fun yoga demonstration suitable for all levels. Don’t forget to dress comfortably for the yoga exercise if you plan to participate!
