Rorke Denver
NAVY SEAL COMMANDER. SPEAKER, NY TIMES BESTSELLING AUTHOR, HUSBAND, FATHER.
Commander Rorke T. Denver has run every phase of training for the U.S. Navy SEALs and led special-forces missions in the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and other international hot spots. His service in the SEALs earned him the Bronze Star with “V” for valorous action in combat. Upon retirement as an elite Navy SEAL, Rorke founded Ever Onward, a cutting edge training company that takes Navy SEAL principles and applies them to civilian life. He is a highly-sought after speaker for audiences of all sizes as his insights help teams and individuals live and perform at their highest level.
Rorke’s principles are also featured in his New York Times bestseller, Damn Few: Making the Modern SEAL Warrior and in his second book, Worth Dying For: A Navy SEALs Call to a Nation. In addition, Rorke has also been featured alongside John Cena on FOX’s American Grit that followed 16 of the country’s toughest men and women as they faced a variety of military-grade and survival-themed challenges set in the wilderness.

About Jacqueline Ruiz
Jacqueline is currently the CEO of award-winning JJR Marketing, one of the fastest-growing marketing and public relations agencies in Chicago, and Fig Factor Media, an international media publishing company that helps individuals bring their books to life. She is the founder of The Fig Factor Foundation, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to giving vision, direction, and structure to young Latinas ages 12-25. She is the President of Instituto Desarrollo Amazing Aguascalientes, the first youth center in Calvillo, Aguascalientes, Mexico, offering various hands-on experience, courses, and global connections to support the local troubled youth in defining their dreams. As a two-time cancer survivor, she understands the value of living every day to the fullest.
Jacqueline currently serves as a board member for the The Fig Factor Foundation, the Alumni Executive Board at the College of DuPage, LovePurse and the World Leaders Forum. She is a recent graduate of the DePaul University Women Entrepreneurship Cohort 3 and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Latino Business Action Network Cohort 11. She represents one of the 1.6% of female entrepreneurs in the U.S. who have achieved a business revenue exceeding seven figures.
Jacqueline is one of the very few Latina sports airplane pilots in the United States and the founder of Latinas in Aviation global brand. She believes that “taking off is optional, landing on your dreams is mandatory.”
