Drew Pennington
Drew Pennington, AICP is the Economic Development Director for the City of Beloit and President/CEO of the Greater Beloit Economic Development Corporation. Drew has lived and worked in Beloit for more than 16 years, including 14 years in the Planning Department. Drew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from UW-Madison.
James Otterstein
James Otterstein is the Economic Development Manager for Rock County (Janesville-Beloit MSA), WI. As a member of the County’s Planning, Economic & Community Development Agency, James is responsible for providing economic development consultative services to public and private sector clients. These services include, but are not limited to: real estate acquisition and development; infrastructure development and financing; strategic planning; communications and marketing; project management; workforce and talent development; and government relations.
Jason Fields
Jason Fields joined the Madison Region Economic Partnership (MadREP) in January 2021. Prior to joining MadREP, he served as a Wisconsin State Legislator.
Jason represents the United States as a senator of the World Business Angel Investment Forum (WBAF). He is founder of The Financial Promise Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization that teaches personal financial & business literacy. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Dark Knight Capital Ventures, a venture fund that seeks to invest in underrepresented founders across America.
