Description:

How does a “Choose your own Day” Golf Outing Work?
This year, because of the COVID-19 health crisis and social distancing guidelines, our traditional annual golf outing has become a “choose your own day” golf outing.

What does this mean?
Instead of everyone gathering on one day to golf, we are allowing golfers to choose their own day within a 1-week time period to golf and submit their scores to be entered in for prizes!

This allows everyone the opportunity to still support the Chamber, connect with colleagues and friends while practicing social distancing guidelines set by our City and State Officials.

This tournament is open to men and women and is a fantastic event to play with your son or daughter!

How does it work?

Prior to playing:
Golfers will register with the Chamber to participate; registration includes:

      • 18-Hole Round of Golf at Beloit Club
      • Boxed Lunch + Water
      • Golf Cart(s)
      • Drink Ticket
      • Free member for a day pass to Beloit Club

Players will call the course after they have registered and reserve their tee time any time before Aug 21, 2020. Please call 608) 399-2441.

Golfers will receive an email that contains a voucher for an 18-hole round of golf to present to the course on your scheduled day.

Day of Golfing:

Players will arrive at the pro shop in the clubhouse prior to their tee time and redeem their voucher to play their 18 holes. Golfers will play using the Peoria Best Ball format.  When you are done playing, take pictures of your scorecard and your team and email them to the Chamber at maggiel@greaterbeloitchamber.org AND drop off your scorecard to the clubhouse/pro shop.  Players MUST drop off their scorecard to be eligible for prizes.

      • Winning Foursome will receive 18-Hole Foursome Package
      • Winning Twosome will receive 18-Hole Twosome Package
      • 2 nd & 3 rd Place Teams will receive shop credit to the Pro Shop

We encourage all players to take pictures while you are on the course with your teams and show us your fun! Email pictures to maggiel@greaterbeloitchamber.org or tag us on Facebook or LinkedIn @greaterbeloitchamber and we will enter your name in for one of our four restaurant gift cards.

TEES: Men play from Bronze Tees. Men 65+ play from the Bronze/Silver Tees. Women play from the Silver Tees.
FORMAT: Best Ball Stroke Play. Each player will play their own ball. Record each score per hole for all players.
HANDICAP: Peoria
